Adverse Events

I would think that dying is a pretty bad adverse vaccination event.   The Nurse Tiffany Dover who fainted on TV after her vaccination has apparently passed away.  As far as I am aware this is solid information. You would think she would be interviewed by CNN after her fainting spell but she has been seen nowhere.
