We are all getting to fat in the West.  Some of it has to do with sedentary lifestyles and too many carbs. Insulin resistance is a sign of inflammation and covid (also the vaccines) have led to people getting even fatter.  I recommend intermittent fasting. I have lost 6kg so far and am fasting today.  One way of fighting back is getting healthy.  They don’t want you to be healthy.  Let that motivate you.

I am one to talk….I did a two day fast and was doing OK but now my weight is up again.  I will be going on a long walk in the nature reserve this afternoon and fasting today. I am growing dandelion, burdock and nettles as well as my own chilies.

The Israelites were promised a land flowing with milk and honey,the faithful would receive the fat of the land but I think God gave all the fat to me (lolz). So, I started intermittent fasting because not only is it a very good strategy against covid (and I believe that we pick up SP and virus that is still in circulation) but I also need to lose some weight. It is even possible that the weight gain is an inflammatory response to SP, it is certainly a response to stress as it increases cortisol. So I am blaming it on that, not what I put in my mouth (lolz).

So, I have been doing more gardening and went for a two hour walk yesterday and just got back from a walk now.  The walk in the nearby nature reserve was beautiful and I picked some gumbi-gumbi leaves which I am drying out for tea.  I also planted all my dandelions into one pot so that I can harvest the leaves for tea and I transplanted my burdock from a pot to the front garden. Burdock can be used for tea and cordials. I am even growing stinging nettles which are a super-food (lolz). Planted some chilies,lettuce and climbing beans and removed some of the dead tomato plants.  Got a box of Portobello mushrooms that I still need to jump start.

I also got two new chooks -young hi-line birds, a black and a white one with apricot coloring and I have to spend my time stopping them getting bullied

Just broke a two day fast.  I even walked today and yesterday.  Getting too fat and sluggish. Probably only have tea tomorrow night.  Just came across this video (which I watched while eating, lolz).

Two things that keeps repeating in all these videos is the benefits of fasting  and the importance of gut health (fermented pro-biotic food).  I have noticed the difference and can vouch for it but unfortunately my weight is back up.  Got to go back to the fasting.

We took NAC as a supplement when we suspected that we had Covid/Omricon and it definitely helps lung infections etc. In other news my feet continue to improve.  Started a fasting regime (see article on NAD+) upped my C (high strength) and reduced my D.  I have ordered vitamin K to go with the D and R-ALA and B3 should see more improvements soon.  Tinnitus and feet swelling, numbness etc seem to be related to long covid but are also the result of vaccine (transfection) injury  (we are not vaccinated). In general our health has been good with the odd complaint  but we are improving and taking prophylactic measures. Everyone needs to take responsibility for themselves and their families.  The medical establishment has lost our trust.  Remember when the CDC banned intravenous Vitamin C as a covid treatment?
