This is a blog post that I have been reluctant to write because I am unsure to what extent weather warfare occurs. I have no doubt that weather manipulation happens and is sometimes used on a large scale such as it was during the Vietnam War to make it rain. However, that was in the 1970’s and things have advanced hugely since then.
There can (in my view) be no doubt that Geo-engineering occurs, that chemtrails are real and that Harp and radar are employed to “steer” weather. However, some believe that nearly all weather phenomenon are artificial or manipulated. That cannot be the case in such a complex and poorly understood dynamic system. The fact that we are only just beginning to understand the impact of space weather and the electromagnetic circuit of the earth tells me that any “control” is superficial and will have unintended consequences elsewhere. This article will have a number of videos interspersed with some of my own comments and suggestions. I urge you to make up your own mind and to neither accept nor reject the material in its totality. We live in an age of universal deceit and it suits some Governments and agencies to portray themselves as all powerful but they are not.
They may well be using weather warfare but so is God and their puny attempts will fall into insignificance as we enter the galactic sheet which seems to be a recurring about every 12,000 years. Our Sun has just started cycle 25 and we are entering a Grand Solar Minimum (GSM) with our magnetic field very weak. That makes us vulnerable to cosmological rays which can cause earthquakes and piezoelectric discharges. The ionization also helps seed clouds which in turn blocks solar radiation and therefore causes cooling. Our magnetic pole is also shifting and we speak now of the Atlantic dipole or magnetic anomaly because it is splitting in two.
The galactic sheet also brings a lot of dust with it which tends to upset the sun causing magnetic entanglements and pressure build up until the sun flares in a micro-nova or CME. That is a recurring event but it will be significantly more dangerous at a time when our magnetic field is weak (the shields are down). Now these events are interplanetary and galactic and they cannot be controlled by man. They will override any attempts at Geo-engineering that man makes.

I watched this whole video (2.5 hours) and it was very good especially with regards to the historical information. However, I believe that too much credit is being given to the Geo-engineers and while much of what he says is true some of it is alarmist (see below).
Acidifying the ocean

Arctic Sea Ice
The Arctic is geologically very active and that makes it difficult if not impossible to understand ice melt there purely as atmospheric phenomena. So even if scientist think they can slow the ice melt with Geo-engineering by slowing atmospheric they are not treating the underlying cause…..which is literally underlying (heat from beneath)…..some links:
So, it is not Anthropogenic global warming (AGW)or the overall warming of Earth’s climate caused or produced by human use of fossil fuels that is causing ice melt.
Methane craters
Scientists have found 17 of these features, called a hydrolaccolith thawing across Siberian tundra, according to The Siberian Times. Researchers discovered the first one in 2014. They believe pockets of methane gases trapped beneath Earth’s surface bulge and eventually explode as carbon-rich permafrost in the region begins to melt, releasing trapped gases.
An extreme heatwave in @Siberia this summer created new methane “blowout” craters from rapidly thawing permafrost. Of course climate alarmists will not hesitate to blame AGW for this because Siberia has been warmer of late. This is due to changes in the jet stream which I would attribute to the global electric circuit. Has increased cosmological radiation caused this? Is the mantel becoming warmer in places? Who knows? It is politically expedient to put everything into the global warming basket but time after time they have proved themselves wrong.
Warfare takes on many faces….it can be psychological. You could for example set manual fires and then make it look like a DEW (Direct Energy Weapon) was in use. Dutch showed that many of the California fires were more or less equidistant (caused by magma standing wave ?) along fault lines? However, the fact that they attempted to hide it and that Esper more or less blamed it on the Russians mitigates against that.
Watch both videos and make up your own mind. The first video is by Dutchsinse and the second video attempts to debunk HARP but as I understand it is not the total amount of energy but about the creation of scalars by crossing beams. I think that perhaps Curious Droid is controlled opposition.
Weather War 101
This video is from the Weather War 101 channel (link below). He has had a lot of push back but left his channel up. The videos are worth checking out. If you have doubts about chemtrails look at the sky on the reports of the Sochi Winter Olympics 2014. Don’t have to watch the whole video just pull the slide forward. The sky looks like it is painted background. Look at the radar images in the last few minutes.
An interesting Channel to watch is Mike Morales although he attributes everything to weather manipulation and chem trails.
Conclusion
There is no doubt in my mind that weather manipulation and weather warfare are happening but I doubt that it is to the extent that some suggest…although I am prepared to be wrong on that. It is not just done to make it rain or snow but they spray nasty aluminum nano particles and other heavy metals. The chemtrailing is done under the guise of stopping global warming (AGW)….ostensibly they are reflecting sunlight (solar radiation) back out. However, I believe that climate change (and CO2) is just a cover story – I believe that they are trying to stop penetration of the cosmological radiation. They will find that they cannot do this as the energy that enters the system with the protuberance caused by the galactic sheet will overwhelm and dwarf human attempts at control. You might as well fart in a hurricane. God will show them who is boss. Man has completely failed in his stewardship of the planet and is going to be taught a lesson.
A number of interesting points in this Dutchsinse report – the equidistant earthquakes which Dutch suggests are due to wave behavior (very likely). He is startled by the increase in seismic activity all around the world building up to something big, especially in the USA. Also interesting is the quake near the nuclear reactor but of particular interest is his remarks about the fires and lightening discharges all along the fault lines. He believes that they are Piezoelectric discharges. Piezoelectric effect is the ability of certain materials to generate an electric charge in response to applied mechanical stress. The word Piezoelectric is derived from the Greek piezein, which means to squeeze or press, and piezo, which is Greek for “push”.

This video also highlights the earth discharges and has a very interesting comment by Ben. He says that he thought we had about 30 years until a micro nova event but he has downgraded that to a decade because of the frequency and intensity of the earth discharges. In other words a lot of incoming cosmic energy that needs to find it’s way back out. Perhaps the galatic sheet is closer than we think. That ties in with my thinking because I believe we are in the last seven vials – they have just begun and I see them lasting seven years including witnessing. Well at least that is my take.

This is a brilliant video and although 1.5 hours long I recommend you watch it. It is packed with information and is a masterclass. I used to watch this guy but he had his channel removed and sabotaged. He was accused of disinformation and “conspiracy theory” etc but now mainstream science is starting to (belatedly) say the same thing. So Dutchsinse spends some time crowing over being proved correct. They also tried to remove the Supicious Observers channel for making many of the same claims. Once again so called “conspiracy theorists” are proven correct.
The question in my mind is whether main stream science (the military side) knew but did not want it leaking out, or whether they were completely clueless. In any case the false science of man made global warming (AGW) cannot be maintained. The use of HAARP arrays for weather modification suggests some knowledge of electromagnetic influence on the atmosphere. This and the use of chem-trails point to weather manipulation. Maybe the extent of the plasma and solar electromagnetic involvement was not known. Whatever the scientists “knowledge” (or lack thereof) they have been found out by some internet nerds. Very soon ordinary people will realize they have been lied to on a massive scale but by then the changes will have arrived and it will be to late. Now for the video:

My notes
Laurentia or the North American Craton is a large continental craton that forms the ancient geological core of North America. Many times in its past, Laurentia has been a separate continent, as it is now in the form of North America, although originally it also included the cratonic areas of Greenland and also the northwestern part of Scotland, known as the Hebridean Terrane. Notice that California is a more “recent” addition.
