Third Temple
The Jews are a chosen people (Deut 7:6) because God selected them to be a holy (separate) priestly nation. In fact, that is why 70 (Sanhedrin) judges were appointed- to judge the nations. Initially the 70 judges would judge the tribes of Israel but eventually they would judge the 70 nations of Genesis 10 (70 nations). The Septuagint Greek (LXX) version has 72 nations (as do early traditions). Israel would need 6 x 12 =72 judges (6 per tribe) so perhaps Moses and Aaron were not counted along with the Sanhedrin because they were the “court of appeal” as it were.
The prophet Isaiah talks about Jacob (Israel) being a servant and being chosen. In the first instance the servant prophecies reference king Hezekiah who acted as the divine agent and also as the peoples representative. Ultimately the prophecies point to the sufferings of messiah. This does not mean that the nation of Israel will not have a physical presence in the future but one thing is certain that future is not Zionism. The servant is Christ and the New Israel is everyone that inherits the covenants invested in the messiah (from Abraham onward). There will be a remnant that turn to God at the end but many will experience divine wrath.
There are many Christians who sit at the feet of the “sages” and the rabbis as though they are about to receive the oracles of God himself from the lips of a “holy people”. These Christians have been deceived as they have no idea how apostate the Jews are. Putting aside (for the moment) the fact that they still reject the messiah they have even replaced the Torah with the interpretations of the Talmud. Many Talmudic teachings are foul. They have nothing to do with the Old Testament (Torah). They are utterly corrupt. For example,the Chabad Rebbe taught that Moshiach will come when the world becomes either all good or all evil. The physical realm is incapable being all good, so they settle for making the world as chaotic and evil as they can, which they believe will bring their Moshiach and their redemption.

The Zionist annexation of Palestine is sometimes incorrectly compared with the conquest of Canaan under Joshua. Even a cursory examination shows that the events are not similar. Palestinians are not Canaanites; in fact, Palestinians are also children of Abraham. Neither do they offer their children through the fire to Moloch like the Canaanites did. At least Muslims honor Jesus as a prophet and do not call him a deceiver who practiced magic (Sanhedrin 107b, Sotah 4a) or the son of an adulteress (see Peter Schäferr, Jesus in the Talmud, Princeton University Press, 2007,pp 15–24, 133–141) or suggest that his father was a Roman soldier. Furthermore, Muslims expect Jesus to return to earth and defeat the anti-Christ. That is closer to the truth than Judaism (Talmudism). So, who shows more respect for the Messiah……the Jews who reject and despise him or the Muslims who honor him as a great prophet? Moreover, if Muslims are misguided on certain things whose fault is that? Muhammad married a Jewish woman called Khadija. She was the 40-year-old Jewish first wife of the much younger Muhammad. The Quran is predominately based on the Jewish Talmud not on the Torah. However, Muhammad was an illiterate merchant who traded regularly with Jews. Who helped him write down his visions? Whoever helped him to compile the Quran, (whatever else can be said) was aware of and used the Jewish Talmud and Rabbinic halacha . Islam should therefore be understood as a branch of Rabbinic Judaism, which explains why Islam is also obsessed with Law (Shariah law). Judaism is truly the mother of Harlots. Moreover, the Talmud is not the Torah. The Talmud was written in demonic Babylon (it is even called the Babylonian Talmud) as the prophet said; “To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base” (Zech 5v.11). Notably the Hebrew word used for “base” is the same Hebrew for the base of the two brass temple pillars Jachin and Boaz denoting that Yahweh had established them (the nation) in strength (i.e., in his covenant promises). But those brass pillars were taken away to Babylon and melted down. In Zechariah the “base” (using the same word) is depicted as one that the Jews established (the woman called lawlessness) for themselves in Babylon. All the “Law schools” (yeshivas) were established in the provinces of Babylon and in the region of the Arabian Peninsula, the two million-word Talmud was written there. No wonder Islam is also obsessed with law (Shariah) and has similar food requirements etc.
Unlike in the time of Joshua, Zionist Jews were not commanded by God to conquer the land. Moreover, the promise of long life in the land given in Deuteronomy was contingent on obedience (Deut 4.26). Disobedience would result in cursing. The modern return of Israel is in unbelief. They are still a valley of dead (unclean) bones. They have manipulated (and are still manipulating) the nations to achieve a “Greater Israel” through their own strength. The nation has brought untold suffering to the Middle East through her neoconservative control of the USA and will bring more war, more bloodshed and financial collapse upon the world before they are done.
Muslims are said to be idolaters, and this is used to justify atrocious Zionist behavior against them. While it is true that Muhammad converted the pagan Arab tribes from idol worship it is untrue to declare that they are still idol worshipers. A similar claim is also made in the Talmud against Christians – who are also called idolaters.
This is surely the ultimate irony as the Jews themselves committed idolatry with the Golden Calf as soon as they were liberated from Egypt, worshiping the creature rather than the creator and celebrating with an orgy (Rom 1.25-32). Even worse is the fact that the Jews turned the temple into an “idol” as Stephen pointed out it was “made with hands” like the Golden Calf (Acts 7:41,48). Stephen was put to death by the Jews for telling this truth. God did not even want a temple but was perfectly happy with a temporary dwelling place (2 Sam 7.6) because that dwelling place was his Son, Jesus Christ. Yahweh would build a house for David not the other way around!
However, Jews are still determined to build the Third Temple like they did when they elected the false Messiah “Bar Kochba” (declared the messiah by the chief Rabbi Akiva), who recommenced sacrifice for three-and-one-half years before the rebellion was crushed by Hadrian and Jerusalem was officially renamed and became a gentile city from which the Jews were banned (Rev 11:2).
Even though God has punished and scattered them multiple times they have learned nothing from these patterns (and apparently neither have some Christians). The Jews are determined to build a Third Temple and what was a fringe idea driven by fanatics is now going mainstream (please read the excellent articles linked below). Some Christians give the Jews unqualified support in this endeavor which they justify by misreading scripture as God has clearly said that Jesus’s sacrifice is “once and for all” that Jesus is the “temple” and he is also the new “high priest”. It seems that Christians (as well as Jews) crave a physical building with all its ostentatious ritual despite God removing the temple twice and stating he didn’t want a temple in the first place because true worship is in Spirit and Truth. (John 4) The promotion of Sodomy (Tel Aviv=gay capital), a Third Temple (=idol) and false religion (Talmudism=traditions of men) qualifies for the classification “idolatry” and “adultery” because the Jews are unfaithful to God and reject his Messiah – Jesus Christ. So, religious Jews and Zionists (and their Christian supporters) who wish to demonize Muslims as subhuman idol worshipers so that they can dehumanize them and happily slaughter them or remove them from their lands need to take the BEAM out of their own eye first.
As the apostle Paul says (to his fellow Jews) –
“You, then, who teach others, do you not teach yourself?
You who preach against stealing, do you steal?
You who say that people should not commit adultery,
do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols,
do you rob temples?” (NIV Rom 2:21-22)
Paul is basically saying that they are hypocrites and are projecting. Nothing has changed.
Moses predicted that God would raise up someone like him (Deut 18:15), from among their brethren (therefore a Jew) who would act as a spokesman (translated as prophet). The Muslims understand this as a reference to the messenger (Mohamed) when it is obviously about the Jewish messiah and is used as such by Stephen during his defense (Acts 7.37). However, Jesus is more than a mere “prophet” and those who wish to portray Jesus as some sort of Zionist storm trooper who will rescue an unrepentant people should be careful because God is going to use the surrounding nations to punish Israel again and the greatest enemy that Jesus has defeated is “sin and death” which is the enemy of all mankind. The New Testament refers to the Deuteronomy passage in John 1:45 – “Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth…” One of Jesus followers recognize Jesus as the predicted Messiah;
“Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him,
Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!
Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus
answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee,
when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee. Nathanael
answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God;
thou art the King of Israel. (John 1:47-49)
The context is that there was no guile (deceit, trickery) in this Israelite. In other words, no Jacob in this Israelite (because the name Jacob means deceiver or guile, trickery). God’s plans for his people will not be accomplished by lying, trickery or deceit such as the Jews practice, salvation will come only by acknowledging (like Nathaniel) that Jesus is the Messiah (follow the links below for a full explanation of this passage).
This is not about the “personal intervention” of Yahweh against “Israel’s enemies”. This is about a people who have acted deviously, who are stubborn and unrepentant. God is about to unleash the last vials on the Jews and on all nations and all Christians who have been seduced by her. The message is to repent and stop acting like an apologist and promoting Zionism ……Christians should act like real “watchmen for Zion” like real prophets, not like Zionist apologists.
“So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel;
therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die;
if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man
shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand”.

Iran has “seized” another tanker. The only trouble is that further investigation shows that the tanker was smuggling a small amount (700,000 liters) of petroleum out of Iran. The petrol in Iran is subsidized so smuggling it out and selling it would have netted about half a million dollars (chump change). Gen. These preparations are all happening during the 70 th “Jubilee” anniversary of Israeli nationhood. The events point to a desire to establish the Third Temple as a “house of prayer” for all nations. Some rabbi’s have calculated the significance of certain feast days (using the so called “bible code”) as the date when the messiah (obviously not Jesus) will be revealed. A recent article begins with the words, “Last Tuesday, the Temple Institute’s Red Heifer program was blessed with results; an entirely red female calf was born, paving the way for re-establishing the Temple service and marking the final stage of redemption”.[1] This event has been picked up by newspapers world-wide with such lurid headlines as, “First ‘red heifer’ born in Israel for 2000 years triggers Armageddon fears”[2] and “End of the World fears: First red heifer ‘born in Israel in 2,000 years fulfils prophecy’.”[3] Secular Jews have gone on record as wishing the young cow would just disappear; some have even suggested that it be destroyed to avoid a potential war. This may seem an over-reaction but Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon (Maimonides), the most renowned medieval Jewish scholar known by the acronym Rambam, wrote in his explanation of the mitzvah that “the tenth red heifer will be accomplished by the king, the Messiah; may he be revealed speedily, Amen, May it be God’s will.”
The “red heifer” that has recently been born and certified “unblemished” is the tenth one, and the first red heifer since the destruction of the temple in AD 70. This is a powerful sign for “third temple fanatics” as rebuilding the third temple is closely linked with the appearance of the Messiah and the third temple cannot be built unless there is a way to cleanse the priesthood. That is why they require the Red Heifer.

Trump’s peace plan for Israel will be revealed in September[1] shortly after the Jewish New Year and the Day of Atonement fast,[2] which happens in the 70 th year of Israel’s existence. Third Temple fanatics have already pointed out that Donald Trump has a name with the same gematria value as “Messiah of the house of David” (see previous posts) and declaring him the “new Cyrus”.
Now they are producing a coin to raise money for building the “Third Temple”:[3]
This is a repeat pattern. The Jews did the same when they approached Cyrus and showed him that their scripture predicted an early return and rebuilding of the temple. The pagan “Cyrus” was the “Messiah” now it is Donald Trump.
A quick reminder – in my commentary on Daniel, “God is Judge” (GIJ) It was suggested that Isaiah 45 was deliberately manipulated to read KORESH (Cyrus) instead of KARASH (workman). There was no pointing (vowels) in the original Hebrew. The “workman” in Isaiah who would restore Jewish fortunes (after the Assyrian invasion) was obviously Hezekiah (who typified Christ). In this I find myself in agreement with Thirtle and Whittaker who held the same views. (There are also many other scholars who argue against a Cyrus reading). I recommend reading the relevant chapter in GIJ and the Addendum (which is on the website – it contains additional new material not present in GIJ). To sum up:
So, on all scriptural metrics the prophecy fails (if it refers to Cyrus). The Jews are doing what they always have done when they act unfaithfully – they use scripture to flatter and manipulate Gentile rulers. Some of the people pushing the agenda are Knesset Mp’s.[4]

The rise of the right in Israel and the third Temple
This year the “black fast” known as Tisha B’av 2018 fell at nightfall on July 21, and concluded at nightfall on Sunday, July 22. A record 1,200 Jews visited the Temple Mount on Tisha B’av[1] mainly due to the lifting of the ban imposed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on visits by government ministers and Knesset members (KM) to Jerusalem’s Temple Mount (which lasted three straight years). The far-right especially those in the Knesset are pushing for rebuilding the temple.[2] This must be placed against the background of the recently passed “Jewish-nation-state-bill” on July 19 [3] which moves the Zionist state in a more autocratic (anti-democratic) direction of an ethno-state.[4] This lurch to the right even has implications for Jewish religious pluralism, giving the orthodox Rabbinate a distinct advantage over other forms of Judaism.[5]
This has been a tumultuous week with the “Jewish-nation-state-bill” passing on the Thursday (July 19 th), the “black fast” ending on the Sunday (22 nd), a stone falling out of the wailing wall on the Monday (23 rd) with the week ending with a blood moon[6] and earthquake (Galilee region)[7] on the “joyous feast of the grape harvest” (27 th)[8] which is meant to close the period of “mourning”. The Cabbalist Rabbi’s interpret the portent of the falling stone as a call to rebuild the temple (sic).[9]
All this must be read against the background of the new “peace plan” by Jared Kushner, the Jewish son in law of Trump. Taken together with the movement of the embassy to Jerusalem in recognition that it is the “eternal Jewish capital”, we await developments. Kushner’s peace plan is closely kept under wraps but will soon be revealed. One can assume that it will be to the advantage of the Jewish Zionist state.[10]
Conclusions
Events seem to be “heating up” (in a literal sense as well with global temperature spikes). The push to rebuild the Third Temple and the lurch to an autocratic religiously intolerant state taken together with the revelation of a new “peace-plan” all seem to fit “historic patterns”. Will we see the emergence of an Israeli beast with expansionist tendencies? (Iran the next target?). We need to be less sycophantic towards Israel as they still refuse the Messiah.
“As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes”(Romans 11:28).

An interesting article appeared on March 21 (2018)[1] concerning an appeal by the “Sanhedrin” to the “Sons of Ishmael” (Arab Muslims) to help build the Third Temple (excerpts below):
“This move is far more than symbolic. It is intended to bring the entire world one step closer to the global peace that will characterize the Messianic era.
“I will bring them to My sacred mount And let them rejoice in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices Shall be welcome on My mizbayach; For My House shall be called A house of prayer for all peoples.” Isaiah 56:7
The rabbi explained that should the quoted Rabbi Elijah ben Solomon Zalman, a foremost Jewish authority from the 18th century known as the “Vilna Gaon.”
“If a single sacrifice is brought in the Third Temple,” Rabbi Shtern said, quoting the Vilna Gaon. “The shofar announcing the Messiah will already start to blow.”
Of course the “Sanhedrin” is affiliated with the Temple Mount Institute and is a minority fundamentalist group. The Israeli government does not promote such views neither do many religious Jews. However, these developments and undercurrents are interesting and the Rabbi’s are correct – if they ever manage to build the third temple and commence sacrifice (especially together with Muslims) – the trumpet (Shofar) will announce the Messiah…..because it will be the Last Trump.
“And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign forever and ever” (Rev.11.15).
Such a structure would be an abomination to God and not a house of prayer.

Question: What do Donald Trump and Cyrus the Great have in common?
Answer: According to the Jews they are both the Lord’s anointed.
Rabbi Berger[1] believes that President Trump’s election has already begun this process. The rabbi noted that Donald Trump’s name in Hebrew (דונלד טראמפ) in gematria (numerology based on Hebrew letters) equals 424 – which is the same numerical value of the phrase, “Moshiach (Messiah) from the House of David (משיח בן דוד).”
“But Donald Trump is not righteous enough or knowledgeable in Bible to actually be the Messiah,” Rabbi Berger noted.[2] “Trump’s connection to the Messiah is that he will play a role in one of the major functions of the Messiah. He will pave the way for building the Third Temple.”
“Trump will not personally merit building the Temple,” he continued. “Like Cyrus, he will pave the way for men who will begin the construction, and when the time is right, the Third Temple will descend from heaven.”
Of course, our commentary on Daniel makes it clear that the “Lord’s anointed” in Isa 45 is a reference to Hezekiah (the suffering servant) NOT TO CYRUS. There was a Jewish exilic faction that pushed an agenda for an early restoration and they deliberately interpreted the “workman” (karash) of the Lord as Koresh (Cyrus). The same strategy is being used 2,000 years later, namely; pointing out to a foreign ruler that they have been chosen to fulfil prophecy and restore Jewish fortunes.
In the end Cyrus did very little (as most scholars acknowledge). It was during the reign of Darius the Great (21 years later cf. Dan 10.) that the temple was restored.[3]
