Dutch says at one point that the beam seems to expand. \u00a0 What if ions are escaping from very small fissures?\u00a0\u00a0 In any case we know that Esper admitted that DEW is used to start fires from a distance (he blamed Russia and China).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Whatever the case may be hundreds of hot spots are appearing along the edge of the craton and that cannot be man made.\u00a0 Something very big is building up.\u00a0\u00a0 Watch these two videos:<\/p>\r\n<h2>10\/05\/2020 &#8212; THOUSANDS OF HOT SPOTS appear across Plate + New Madrid &#8212; Plate shifting? In the past (2011) he took a lot of flak with his observations on &#8220;Harp Rings&#8221; and weather manipulation using radar (NEXRAD) he was threatened and bad mouthed but then the military actually released information demonstrating that they were creating plasma in the ionosphere.\u00a0\u00a0 They can influence the weather.
