Common law is older than Napoleonic law\u00a0 and formulated on a completely different basis.<span class=\"ILfuVd\"><span class=\"hgKElc\"> <b>Common Law<\/b> judges base their decisions on precedent of past decisions and, to a certain extent, <b>common<\/b> sense as understood at the time of the decision. &#8230; In legal systems based on <b>Napoleonic Code<\/b>, however, judges are supposed to rule based on the legal <b>code<\/b>, and that&#8217;s all.\u00a0 English Law is supposedly based on <strong>Common Law<\/strong> but has become more Napoleonic due to EU influence.\u00a0 Common Law is a way for people to act both in conjunction with and outside the current legal system to defeat tyrannical laws.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>https:\/\/youtu.be\/cyjYRXOuxx0<\/p>\r\n<h2>Protest in Spain and Italy<\/h2>\r\n<p>People have had enough.
