The point is that psychological warfare and disinformation and propaganda were being used abroad during the Iraq war and in the Ukraine etc.\u00a0 They made software called shadow net which was then commercialized.\u00a0 This is about the\u00a0 Fake News Industrial complex<\/strong> everything is a lie or corrupted.\u00a0 The section on predictive behavior and pre-crime is very interesting.<\/p>\r\n
