[P.s\u00a0 The context here of\u00a0 the “earth” (eretz) is the land Israel and the Assyrian invasion (and subsequent deliverance of the faithful), not the complete destruction of the world. Civilization (as we know it) will be destroyed but the world will continue. People will survive, civilization won’t.]<\/p>\r\n
