They must have known. I think that they where testing the result of a &#8220;tsunami bomb&#8221; which is a weapon that Russia supposedly has.\u00a0 I saw a rant by Edward (Edmond?) de Rothschild just recently on twitter (this week) saying that he had funded a Russian Tsunami bomb.\u00a0 Cannot vouch for the tweet and can&#8217;t even find it now. Will post here when I find it ( I looked and cannot find it -should have saved it. So that is six days later. It would not take much seismic activity to momentarily liquify the substrate and let water seep in. I bet a lot of other buildings there are unstable.
