He speculates whether some of the strange covid behavior that we have seen (rage, spitting etc) is due to the infection of the Limbic\u00a0 system which supports a variety of functions including emotion, behavior, long-term memory, and olfaction (sense of smell) which is one of the symptoms of covid.
