We all know Fauci was deeply involved with AIDS. We have around 133,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 or 133 x 10^48 atoms on earth. You're at around 1 billionth of that with the numbers ES has. C'mon. This is intent.\r\n\r\nAnd actually it's 1 trillionth of the atomic space of the earth. Meaning you count every atom on earth and you have to keep doing that 1 trillion times before you've enumerated the odds he quoted.
