It is about to get much worse.\r\n\r\nNo it was not their fault. It was China and Iran who were very badly hit early on. They knew that they had been targeted so they allowed it to spread globally. Don't play with fire if you don't want the blow-back. China has been under attack for over a century. The whole country was addicted to opium courtesy of the City of London. China was badly targeted with AIDS. What goes around comes around. If you keep punching someone in the face don't be surprised if they punch back after years of abuse. The only language the USA understands is power.\r\n\r\nA good partner? Why don't they negotiate like Iran did with the USA.
