Aspirin

I have  been taking baby Aspirin during the pandemic (as a prophylactic) because we know that covid (and the vaccines) causes micro-clotting.  Dr Kevin McCairn has relayed from his own experienced that taking Aspirin more or less saved his life during his Covid infection in South Korea.  On the other hand one of my sisters experienced chest pains as a side effect.  All medications (and supplements) have side-effects.  The following video is one of the best Aspirin Recommendation videos that I have seen.

If you don’t want to watch the full thing which is rather complicated  then skip to the summary at 39 minutes.

Aspirin Conclusion

  • If already using not asking you to stop (unless over 75 then maybe reasonable to stop)
  • If you already had a CVD event this document not for you (if using continue using)
  • This document not for someone already on Aspirin
  • This document not for someone who already has a risk factor
  • This is for someone who is going to start new Aspirin regime

In my own case I take a baby Aspirin with my other supplements as I have a 11% loading on Fabry disease which can lead to CVD.  These studies show that if you are going to bleed it will happen more or less straight away (so far so good). So my personal decision is to continue but perhaps drop the dose even further (half a baby Aspirin) and if I make it to 75 review. In any case I am taking up a regime with intermittent fasting where I don’t even take supplements. All part of the grand experiment…but remember (as the Doc mentioned) young people are getting myocarditis etc.   So the Aspirin study is valid….but we are not living in normal times…we have a virus and vaccines that are actively causing clotting and damaging the cardio-vascular system.  In those circumstance I would rather take the risk…but each person must make their own decision and consult a medical practitioner.  This does not constitute medical advice it is simply my own experiences and reasoning.
