Empires rise and fall based on their ability to provide food for their populations. It is as simple as that. Geopolitics 101. Add to that the fact that cheap and plentiful energy means cheap and plentiful food. The Bible tells the story of Abraham being forced to go to Egypt because of famine and later the story of Joseph and his dream of famine in Egypt. The Chinese call this the “mandate of heaven” to rule. Once that mandate is withdrawn floods and droughts occur and the empire falls. We are now in such a time as the global climate pattern is changing dramatically and swiftly and it will change geopolitics. The grow zones are changing. Instead of cooperation man has chosen confrontation. Instead of informing people and telling them the truth they lie and tell the populations it is their fault. They seek to use the chaos to change the power dynamic and further enslave populations. It is despicable and God will have the last word. The axe is laid to the root of the global tree under which they all find shelter:
