Third strand DNA

Third strand DNA is a thing.  Who knew?  Apparently the expression of certain genes can be controlled if you transfect a cell with TFO’s.

Definition. Triplex-forming oligonucleotides bind in the major groove of duplex DNA in a sequence-specific manner through the formation of hydrogen bonds. They can be used to inhibit the expression of particular genes.

Do you think third strand DNA has anything to do with this:

Oh look, Lizzy the Lizard Queen lit up the double Helix with an extra strand and it is connected to the tree of life.   But don’t worry sheeple you all go and wave at your hologram of the Queen.  I thought she sang quite well ( I made this to tweet out).   Never have I seen people so dumb.

The spirit of life is in the wheels

They want to dethrone God. Man is made in the image.
