Another strong solar flare was just detected and was nearly another X-Flare. This M9.6 event just peaked at 18:35 UTC (Mar 31) and was again centered around AR 2975. A type II radio emission with an estimated velocity of 1627 km/s was also detected, so another CME is likely. Hopefully it is more impressive than the one following the X1.3 flare on Wednesday.
