Professor Phelan the rainbow turd promoter and  a very good look at “Zika Virus”  that appeared out of nowhere in Brazil apparently from the 62 ha Zika forest in Uganda and then just disappeared.

As the property of the Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI) of Entebbe, it is protected and restricted to scientific research.The organisation was established in 1936 as the Yellow Fever Research Institute by the Rockefeller Foundation. In 1947, scientists researching yellow fever placed a rhesus macaque in a cage in the Zika Forest. The monkey developed a fever, and researchers isolated from its serum a transmissible agent that was first described as Zika virus in 1952. Watch out we might have the ooga booga virus next.  I have put a chicken cage in my garden and the next time my chicken is sick I will isolate a virus that shrinks heads.

Note…Cornelius Packard “Dusty” Rhoads was involved with radiation in the 50’s. When in Puerto Rico he boasted (joked) that he had killed eight people. Rhoads started at the Rockefeller Institute in the 1930s and went on to become the first director of the combined Memorial Sloan–Kettering Cancer Center. He had an interest in radiation and chemo for cancer treatments.  Pregnancies exposed to radiation;

"These birth defects include a reduction in height, severe mental retardation, small head size and impaired brain development, the latter of which may indirectly reduce an individual's intelligence quotient (IQ) and school performance” (Washington State Dept of Health).

I think we are all experiencing yellow rain as the elite relieve themselves from a great height.  It used to be called “trickle-down” but as the saying goes, don’t pee down my back and tell me that it is raining (lolz).   However, I am not talking about that kind of Yellow Rain but about the type of gunk which was dropped in Cambodia:

Yellow rain was the subject of a 1981 political incident in which the United States Secretary of State Alexander Haig accused the Soviet Union of supplying T-2 mycotoxin to the Communist states in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia for use in counterinsurgency warfare. Refugees described many different forms of "attacks", including a sticky yellow liquid falling from planes or helicopters, which was dubbed "yellow rain". The U.S. government alleged that over ten thousand people had been killed in attacks using these supposed chemical weapons. The Soviets denied these claims and an initial United Nations investigation was inconclusive.

Why are we talking about this you may ask? Well, Rebecca Katz wrote a thesis about it (exonerating the US) at Georgetown university. The same university that Avril Haines Director of National intelligence attended and the same place Lawrence Gostin comes from.

Now I cannot find any info regarding ancestry for Gostin but Gostyn or Gostin comes from GOSTYNSKI about 50% of the GOSTYNSKIs are Polish Catholics, and not Jews. The name was used by both Jews and Catholics in the Kujawia region of Poland, having its basis in the town of Gostynin. There also appear to be many GOSTYNSKIs from the Poznan region of Poland, and these surnames were probably derived from the town of Gostyn in that province.

If I had to place money on it I would say he was Ashkenazi like the two women.  all at Georgetown University, all studied LAW and all indirectly connected to bioweapons.

Jews and law.  Jews and deception. Color me surprised….there I go being antisemitic (telling the truth) again.   Just because something is law does not make it morally right and a New World cannot be built on lies , disease and deception.  You just can’t help yourselves can you?

Mark Kulacz from Housatonic has done sterling work showing that the Special Virus Cancer Project was cover for a bioweapons program disguised as dual use.  A lot of diseases that have leaked out (or been released) since the 1950’s (WNV) are because of these evil psychopaths.
