If only that were true and it would not make much difference anyway because he is just the front man.  The stooge. The idiot-savant. What has been cancelled is his plan to dim the sun (at least for this year).  This finds Jim Lee in celebratory mode:

Of course they will try to explain the sinusoidal wave forms in the sky as “gravity waves”.  Strange that no one noticed them before.  Strange that the region around Port Headland where they have the HARP facility always seems to have clear skies.  Have they learnt how to direct the “atmospheric river”?
