I have watched a number of good videos this week some of which I may yet post.  Some of them are rather long and so I try and be selective because I know everyone does not have time.

However, I highly recommend you watch this in full and pass it on.  Even if you watch nothing else.  Whitney is impressive and really knows her material.  I am coming to the same conclusions independently.
