This article is about the stupid and utterly ridiculous notion that “climate change” can be stopped if we prevent cows from farting by adding a poisonous chemical called bovaer to their feed. If you don’t mind your milk, meat etc being contaminated and causing cancer and infertility then read on.

Keep the pressure up against the supermarkets.  If they get away with this it will be bugs next. Sign the petition below and challenge your local supermarket.

The list of shops (see above tweet) is for the UK but this article reckons Woolworths Australia is OK and that Coles uses it only in certain lines. I wonder if Drakes is OK? Frankly I don’t trust the supermarkets.

That clinches it for me. Are they the same experts who said the vaccines were safe and effective? (lolz). I do not trust them and I trust the media even less.

Right now, Coles and Woolworths are selling beef and dairy from cattle fed with Bovaer, a controversial feed additive. You won’t see any labels. You won’t get any warnings. But it’s already in our supermarkets.

Let’s get into the facts.

Consumers deserve the truth. But right now, there’s no requirement for Coles or Woolies to label products from Bovaer-fed cattle. That means you’re eating meat and drinking milk from animals fed a chemical cocktail – without ever being told.

What’s wrong with Bovaer? Let’s break it down:

  • Carcinogenic Risks: Studies show that high doses of 3-NOP caused benign tumours in female rats and abnormal cell growth in male rats. Even at lower doses, the risks are alarming.
  • DNA Damage (Genotoxicity): Laboratory tests revealed DNA damage in certain cell lines, raising serious concerns about the long-term effects. Yet live animal studies remain inconclusive.
  • Reproductive Harm: Animals fed with Bovaer suffered reduced testicular weight and damaged sperm. In cows, ovaries shrank, and digestion was disrupted. Milk from these cows even showed higher urea levels, a sign of altered nitrogen metabolism.
  • Unnatural Changes in Cattle: Bovaer-fed cattle emit 4.45 times more hydrogen gas, a bizarre side effect of altered digestion. What else is happening to these animals – and how does it affect the food we eat?

And yet, despite these risks, you’re not being told. There’s no label. No warning. Nothing to help you make an informed choice.

This isn’t just about your health. It’s also about fairness. Farmers who choose natural methods of feeding their cattle are being pushed out by those using untested additives, all while consumers are kept in the dark.

Given the big supermarkets have embraced this chemical so willingly it might come to pass that the only beef and dairy you can get in Australia has this stuff in it. Then there’s no escaping it or it’s potential health impacts!
