Building a huge Dam in Ethiopia which is probably funded by the World Bank.  Do you think that there is something they are not telling us?  Do they know that North Africa is going to turn into a food bowl?  Why do you think they got rid of Qaddafi who wanted a gold Africa coin and was building water infrastructure based on huge aquifers.  Not very smart though building a dam on the African rift.   When it goes (and it will) the dam will cease to exist.
