Notification: Clear cache and refresh

Yesterday the videos on my blog would not load. I have an add blocker and it showed dozens of trackers and cookies etc (being blocked).  I refreshed still no joy. Then I cleared my cache.  Turns out it was probably full of temporary files probably from editing etc done on my blog…who knows..but it worked.  So a reminder to refresh (to get the latest versions) and to clear your cache every now and then.  Good housekeeping stops things getting clogged up.
