7690 days inclusive between 911 and Sept 30th = 33 x 233.030303030303 days or unto the 1st of October is 33 x 233.060606060606 days. The 30th of September is 92 days from the end of the year (9+2=11).
The Queen died on the 8th Sept = 20 years, 11 months, 29 days (including the end date) after 911. Note the 11 and that 29 (2+9=11). They love their magic mason numbers. Exactly 7666 days between the two dates.
