The CLARITY Act (U.S. Proposed Legislation)
The full name of the U.S. bill is the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (H.R. 3633). It aims to establish a comprehensive regulatory framework for digital assets and resolve the jurisdictional conflict between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

So which is it? No inflation yet people cannot aforrd a burger? Switzerland is not the USA and it does not automatically follow that they are an early indicator. We are seeing inflation in Australia not just in food but especially in housing. The interview with Edward Dowd is the one to watch. He says that the USA saw 20 million immigrants which pushes up the CPI (housing and rents). Europe has also seen mass immigration. Tarriffs are also bound to push inflation up. China is also a deflation risk.
