At least for Pakistan and Vatican city it does.  Power outages and complete darkness.  I hope Pakistan has good back-up generators to keep the cooling on for its nuclear reactors.  Forecasts show record cold for the USA and Europe…..also increased volcanic activity.  Mike Morales shows that they are manipulating the climate (climate-engineering) again.  How much of the weather anomalies are natual and how many manufactured?  It is getting impossible to tell.
