This is all orchestrated and the release is deliberate and timed to arrive when they need it. This is about the Externalization of the Hierarchy and the Revelation of the Method. First, we need some backgrounding and definitions.
The term Externalisation of the Hierarchy refers to the title and central theme of one of Alice Bailey’s most significant books from (1957). Alice Bailey was a prominent 20th-century esotericist whose work both extended and significantly diverged from the original Theosophy of Helena Blavatsky.
Externalisation of the Hierarchy
Definition: It describes a planned future event where the “Spiritual Hierarchy” (a group of enlightened “Masters of Wisdom” who supposedly guide humanity from a hidden spiritual plane) will once again manifest physically on Earth.
The Goal: The purpose of this “externalisation” is to assist humanity in establishing a “New Age” of peace, unity, and spiritual understanding.
Revelation of the Method
Bailey’s Context: In her work, “revelation” typically refers to the unfolding of divine nature or the uncovering of “secrets” to initiates during spiritual progression. For example, she discusses the “revelation of the fourth secret” during advanced initiations.
Conspiratorial Reinterpretation: Modern critics and researchers sometimes link the “Externalisation” to the “Revelation of the Method” theory. They argue that the “Externalisation” is essentially a public disclosure of a long-hidden global agenda.

The Externalization of the Hierarchy and Revelation of the method is a fancy way of saying “Show and tell”. They want you to know how corrupt all the leaders are, how evil and Satanic and how voting and democracy means nothing. The Justice system does not work. The electoral system does not work. The Reaction:
The public reaction is horror, disgust and distrust and a desire for justice. A need to have a new system where this can never happen again.
