Protest
Protests do not have to be violent. Every individual needs to speak up. Refusing testing and refusing vaccinations is a protest. No Government has the authority to force testing or vaccines on an individual. That should be a matter of choice based on scientific facts. So far the justification has been lacking. We know this is about the economic reset and not about a virus.
