Dominoes falling

This is what we need in real life but I am afraid that corruption runs so deep and has infiltrated all the institutions  and politics that replacing the odd figure-head will not do much.  They are willing to throw people under the bus when it suits them but it is nevertheless satisfying to see some blow back even if it is only orchestrated as a “pressure relief valve”.

Gladys Berejiklian

Gladys Berejiklian resigned because of the corruption investigation.  Trust me, the ICAC (the Independent Commission Against Corruption) is just a relief valve. Occasional they need to throw a little fish to the public to distract you.  They are all criminals. Clive Palmer (the billionaire crook) wants you to believe she stood down because an investigation into backhanders from pharma.
