Ukraine Decree
Putin has “decreed the decree” and declared the breakaway pro-Russian provinces independent. Of course they are celebrating because they want to be affiliated with Russia but this is in fact the break-up of Ukraine. So, these provinces will either be attacked by the pro-Western (EU aligned) provinces, or a false flag will be staged so that Russia can “liberate” the independent provinces. Whatever way you look at it this crisis is manufactured.
