I am not one to deny Geo-engineering because it does happen but the likes of Dane Wigington is what I call a Geo-grifter and in my view part of a psychological operation to distract us from the fact that the catastrophes that are happening are natural.  Jim Lee explains that NEXRAD outputs as much energy as a microwave.   This would be like farting in front of a category five hurricane and expecting it to change direction (lolz).

In any case…geoengineering patents for blocking the sun (solar radiation) and reducing ocean heat are about reducing (not increasing) climate extremes and indicates that they KNOW that a huge natural change is coming caused by incoming solar winds and charged particles/radiation etc., due to our weakened magnetic field.  They know, but they are blaming it on CO2 because it suits their control agenda. Comparing Bill Gates et al and their patents for reducing cosmic weather forcing with steering or “making hurricanes” is like comparing apples and oranges.

Watch the following video: NEXRAD, Helene, Milton, & Hurricane Control (2:37 min) from Jim Lee who is (as far as I am concerned) the Goto weather channel with his Climate Viewer website.  He takes the position that all geoengineering should be banned and he even testified before congressional hearings etc and is advocating for changing the law. He wants it banned.  He debunks Dane Wigington as a Charlatan.   Jim Lee is a programmer and has built a beautiful  website with the locations of all radar and HAARP etc. moreover he has catalogued the History of Weather Modification.   In other words, although he is adamant that he is not an expert and is still learning, I would call him an expert.  Firstly, he debunks the use of NEXRAD radar as a steering mechanism for hurricanes and next he debunks the claim that Helene was a category four Hurricane and based on the wind-speeds etc it was at most cat 1. It was therefore not a hurricane but a storm event that dropped a huge amount of rain when the storm encountered the Appalachian mountains.   The deaths were caused by the flooding from the excessive rain.    This may seem like pedantic nit picking but it is  not.  The media needs to promulgate the narrative of increased extreme hurricanes due to global warming.   They also need to exaggerate the number of deaths.  It is fear porn.  The rain events are not due to global warming but due to Hunga Tonga blowing up and adding 14%  more moisture to the atmosphere and also due to the Geo-magnetic changes that influence the global electric circuit.  The fact that they banned bunker fuels that cause ship tracks allows more radiation and charged particles into the system. This was therefore, an excellent video because nuance is important.  They are spinning and twisting the facts.   The video that Jim Lee referred to is (not watched it yet): Weather Or Not™? My conclusion is that they are turning Geo-engineering (which is a real thing) into a prop for psychological warfare.  If the military really are steering hurricanes then we need more proof and data.

The increase in asthma thunderstorms is partially related to the aerosols created by spraying. Heavy metal particles also increase fire intensity. Weather modification is undeniable but what is happening is not all down to artificial manipulation. The natural changes that are coming will overwhelm any tinkering that man is doing. The short answer is yes. The video by really Graceful  only highlights spraying and chem-trails but they have so many other methods now including electronic (scalar plasma etc)  using NEXRAD and HAARP and microwaves. They employ bunker fuels at sea and even ground based spaying.   Then there is ice nucleation using bacteria.  They are insane. Watch the report by Mike Morales and look what they are doing over Oregon and then tell me it is not weather warfare.

This is a blog post that I have been reluctant to write because I am unsure to what extent weather warfare occurs.  I have no doubt that weather manipulation happens and is sometimes used on a large scale such as it was during the Vietnam War to make it rain.  However, that was in the 1970’s and things have advanced hugely since then.

There can (in my view) be no doubt that Geo-engineering occurs, that chemtrails are real and that Harp and radar are employed to “steer” weather.  However, some believe that nearly all weather phenomenon are artificial or manipulated.  That cannot be the case in such a complex and poorly understood dynamic system. The fact that we are only just beginning to understand the impact of space weather and the electromagnetic circuit of the earth tells me that any “control” is superficial and will have unintended consequences elsewhere.  This article will have a number of videos interspersed with some of my own comments and suggestions.  I urge you to make up your own mind and to neither accept nor reject the material in its totality.  We live in an age of universal deceit and it suits some Governments and agencies to portray themselves as all powerful but they are not. 

They may well be using weather warfare but so is God and their puny attempts will fall into insignificance as we enter the galactic sheet which seems to be a recurring about every 12,000 years. Our Sun has just started cycle 25 and we are entering a Grand Solar Minimum (GSM) with our magnetic field very weak.  That makes us vulnerable to cosmological rays which can cause earthquakes and piezoelectric discharges.  The ionization also helps seed clouds which in turn blocks solar radiation and therefore causes cooling.  Our magnetic pole is also shifting and we speak now of the Atlantic dipole or magnetic anomaly because it is splitting in two. 

The galactic sheet also brings a lot of dust with it which tends to upset the sun causing magnetic entanglements and pressure build up until the sun flares in a micro-nova or CME.  That is a recurring event but it will be significantly more dangerous at a time when our magnetic field is weak (the shields are down). Now these events are interplanetary and galactic and they cannot be controlled by man.  They will override any attempts at Geo-engineering that man makes.

I watched this whole video (2.5 hours) and it was very good especially with regards to the historical information. However, I believe that too much credit is being given to the Geo-engineers and while much of what he says is true some of it is alarmist (see below).

Arctic Sea Ice

The Arctic is geologically very active and that makes it difficult if not impossible to understand ice melt there purely as atmospheric phenomena.  So even if scientist think they can slow the ice melt with Geo-engineering by slowing atmospheric they are not treating the underlying cause…..which is literally underlying (heat from beneath)…..some links:

So, it is  not Anthropogenic global warming (AGW) or the overall warming of Earth’s climate caused or produced by human use of fossil fuels that is causing ice melt.

Methane craters

Scientists have found 17 of these features, called a hydrolaccolith thawing across Siberian tundra, according to The Siberian Times. Researchers discovered the first one in 2014. They believe pockets of methane gases trapped beneath Earth’s surface bulge and eventually explode as carbon-rich permafrost in the region begins to melt, releasing trapped gases.

Of course climate alarmists will not hesitate to blame AGW for this because Siberia has been warmer of late.  This is due to changes in the jet stream which I would attribute to the global electric circuit. Has increased cosmological radiation caused this?  Is the mantel becoming warmer in places? Who knows?  It is  politically expedient to put everything into the global warming basket but time after time they have proved themselves  wrong.

Weaponized Weather

Warfare takes on many faces….it can be psychological.  You could for example set manual fires and then make it look like a DEW (Direct Energy Weapon) was in use.  Dutch showed that many of the California fires were more or less equidistant (caused by magma standing wave ?) along fault lines?  However, the fact that they attempted to hide it and that Esper more or less blamed it on the Russians mitigates against that.

 Conclusion

There is no doubt in my mind that weather manipulation and weather warfare are happening but I doubt that it is to the extent that some suggest…although I am prepared to be wrong on that. It is not just done to make it rain or snow but they spray nasty aluminum nano particles and other heavy metals. The chemtrailing is done under the guise of stopping global warming (AGW)….ostensibly they are reflecting sunlight (solar radiation) back out.  However, I believe that climate change (and CO2) is just a cover story – I believe that they are trying to stop penetration of the cosmological radiation. They will find that they cannot do this as the  energy that enters the system with the protuberance caused by the galactic sheet will overwhelm and dwarf human attempts at control. You might as well fart in a hurricane. God will show them who is boss.  Man has completely failed in his stewardship of the planet and is going to be taught a lesson.
