Many of these treatments have already been featured but is worth repeating because Covid is not going away and variants are being spread by the vaccinated who are shedding. So both the virus and vaccinating can have long term effects.  We are not talking about a cold or flu but neurological complications, cancers and heart disease.  This compilation comes from Spartacus but is similar to ones that I have posted before.

Severe COVID-19 = viral vascular endotheliitis with thromboinflammatory response. Neutrophils go out of control and you end up with NETosis, lipid peroxidation, sepsis, DAMP formation, etc., in a runaway feedback loop. The virus’s proteins promote amyloid-fibrin clot formation, and the lungs start loading up with microclots and suffering transient ischemia, which leads to ischemia-reperfusion-like injury of the vital organs (which upsets the redox balance of the blood vessels and the tissues, leading to lipid peroxidation, ferroptosis, et cetera). Here’s how to treat it at home:

What do all of these things have in common? They are all potent antioxidants. Vitamin C is an antioxidant. Vitamin D draws excess calcium out of cells by activating Ca2+ ATPase , which has an antioxidant effect. Zinc is not just an antiviral (especially when paired with an ionophore like quercetin), it’s also an antioxidant, inhibiting NADPH oxidase. NAC and selenium are precursors to the glutathione and the selenocysteine molecules that are necessary to the functioning of glutathione peroxidases, which are arguably your cells’ primary defense mechanism against oxidative death. NMN acts as a NAD precursor, preventing parthanatos. Glycine is also crucial in glutathione synthesis. Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant and augments the effect of zinc. It’s also anti-amyloid. Curcumin is a plant polyphenol and a powerful antioxidant, and is one of the main compounds found in turmeric. Kutki powder, made from the picrorhiza kurroa root, is rich in apocynin, an extremely potent antioxidant closely related to vanillin that inhibits myeloperoxidase without harming the ability of neutrophils to engage in phagocytosis. Nattokinase and serrapeptase are potent fibrinolytic enzymes that help break down amyloid-fibrin clots. Nattokinase also has known antioxidant effects. Melatonin is an antioxidant. Famotidine and diphenhydramine (Pepcid and Benadryl) are also antioxidants and inhibitors of ferroptosis.

This is supported by peer-reviewed papers. As a matter of fact, redox modulation should be the first-line treatment for any COVID-19 case.

The following are my observations (I am not a doctor, but then which doctors can you trust nowadays?).

Life is about balance and moderation.  Too much of anything is not a good thing.  It is extremely important to look after your immune system especially as they are deliberately trying to make us sick.

Vitamin D is now being heavily pushed as preventing Covid but Vitamin D is a multifunctional hormone that can lead to calcification if taken inappropriately. Here is Dr John Campbell promoting vitamin D.

I was taking Vitamin D at a high dosage as a prophylactic then (due to a high calcium blood-test level) I started taking it together with K2-MK7   I no longer take D as a prophylactic (daily dose) and never without K2-MK7.  I get plenty of sun and if anything solar radiation is increasing (UV etc) as we undergo magnetic excursion.  So, I might pop one if I feel something coming on.  See my other articles under the health tab on vitamin D (To D or not to D). D acts as an immune suppressant which helps with autoimmune or cytokine storm but the key word here is balance. Vitamin D is a multifunctional hormone that can affect many essential biological functions, ranging from the immune regulation to mineral ion metabolism. A close association between altered activity of vitamin D and vascular calcification has been reported in various human diseases, including in patients with atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, and chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Same with Zinc, Quercetin and  Bromelain, namely balance is the key word.  I no longer take them as prophylactic but  only when I think I might have been compromised or feel the onset of something (we are all becoming hypochondriacs).  Never take Quercetin  together with Ivermectin or with Digoxin (better known as Digitalis, used to treat cardiovascular disease). Zinc is an ionophore but remember that it is a trace element.

We eat (homemade) Natto if we suspect something. Not only does it degrade Spike Protein but it is very good at preventing cardiovascular disease.

We take massive doses of high strength Vitamin C if we feel something coming on. And of course there is NAC.

The key word is balance (even with supplements).  We grow our own veg now and have fresh eggs from our chickens.  We know they are super-fresh and organic. I have even made dandelion tea from the “weed” purposefully grown in our garden. Also growing Nettles and Burdock along with Echinacea which has antiviral properties  but I hear that can cause anaphylaxis.   We also make our own Natto and I make Kambucha from Green Tea (a super food) and our own Kefir milk.   It all seems to be working for now.

However, my main recommendation (which I struggle with) is to cut out the carbs and sugar as much as possible and do intermittent fasting to detox and kick start the keto pathways. On the days when you fast take no supplements. And of course exercise (walking). Long story short.  Let your body heal itself. Practice balance.  Get fresh air and enough sleep. Sleep is very important (I really need to start following my own advice it is pretty good – lolz).

It has been a while since I did a  health article. I have so much material to sort through. This one is important because vitamin D is being pushed as a prophylactic for Covid and it is not a vitamin but a master hormone and an immune suppressant which might be OK if your system is being pushed into cytokine storm or auto-immunity but on the flip side it could mask symptoms of other chronic diseases.   Some  even think that D is deliberately being pushed to make us more vulnerable.

I have already written an article To D or not to D in which I examined the question but some new videos have appeared so make your own mind up.   As for me my feet have seen huge improvements and my health is OK but I need to do more fasting and lose weight.  As far as D is concerned I am hedging my bets. I no longer take it as a prophylactic but only when I feel something coming on (usually my toes start going red and bad guts) and then I always take it together with Vitamin K2 MK-7.    I look at it this way…we make D under influence of sunlight on our skin so like everything we need to practice moderation.

When I get around to it I have something to post on elderberry (Sumbuco) as source of Vitamin C.   Stop using it and substitute with ordinary vitamin C.  Also, quercetin is very effective but don’t use it as a long term prophylactic.  More on all this when I find time.

Make up your own mind but the key word is moderation

As the D debate rages on the Raccoon server I say make your own mind up. A nefarious plot to kill us all or a miracle cure. I think the truth lies somewhere in-between. My strategy seems to be working for me but I really believe that intermittent fast days without any supplements or food are a good thing.

My feet have been playing up again and a bit of redness and swelling around the toes (covid toe?) .  I suspect  my Fabry is triggered when I come into contact with the virus (the vaccinated are constantly shedding). So I have taken to making Kombucha using Green Tea and also making water Kefir.  I will be bottling some tonight and probably starting a new batch of ginger water Kefir (Ginger Beer). I am also making milk Kefir now and Yogurt.  Starting to streamline the process.

Kevin answered a question about D supplementation during his previous stream but I would add the following (which I posted on the Discord):

Vitamin D does suppress immunity and does act like a hormone. It should be taken with K2 M-7 to stop calcium leeching.....but...but...but...the virus and the Spike protein (in the transfection) make the immune system and T cells damping them down is a good thing....unless you want to exhaust your T cells. So I would say use with caution perhaps not as a prophylactic but when you suspect exposure?

Whatever happens you are going to have to become your own doctor and heal yourself.  The best medicine is food.  Eat the right things and you will self-heal.  Be careful what you take because even supplements can have side effects.  It you drink too much water it can kill you.  I have produced numerous articles on both the benefits and the side effects of Vitamin D and Aspirin (to name but a few).  Just search for the terms and you will find the articles.   I take vitamin K along with the D but I am now reducing my D intake because it is high enough and stays in the system for some time.  I do  a “detox-light” by practicing intermittent fasting and not even taking supplements.    My body (and my weight) seem to benefit.  I am slowly loosing the fat. Studies show that Covid attacks fat tissue and may cause either weight loss or diabetes.  You should use your supplements judiciously….If I you have been exposed to a high risk environment take extra supplements as a prophylactic.

There have been studies that show a much lower covid death rate if vitamin D levels are maintained but there is a balance between vit D and formation of 1-25-D as this study demonstrates:

Elevated levels of 1-25-D leach calcium from the bones. High levels of 1,25-D affect muscle function, particularly the cardiac muscle. Studies which have detailed the intricate feedback pathways between the two forms of vitamin D have shown that elevated levels of 1,25-D are also immunosuppressive.

Life is about balance.  I think vitamin D supplementing is necessary but we should probably drop the very high levels once the covid  wave has diminished. Apparently supplementing with K2 with MK-7 prevents any calcium leaching (could that be a reason for high calcium blood levels? dunno, but I dropped D intake and ordered K2 as MK-7).  Natural vitamin K2 as MK-7 is the essential cofactor for the enzyme γ-carboxylase which is able to carboxylate these calcium-regulating proteins making them able to form calcium-binding groups essential for their biological activity.  This shows how D and K work together and this explains the benefits of K.   Of course you could always get more sun and eat more kale but what would be the fun in doing that? Far better to stay locked indoors and order fast food (lolz). Don’t forget the sun is fierce nowadays with high UV and cosmic radiation is increasing.

The side effects of the vaccine are already proving more serious than many anticipated.

Apart from problems with the cardiovascular system (including blood clots etc) it is suspected that long term effects may induce protein miss-folding and therefore  be neuro-degenerative (see Dr. Kevin McCairn articles on this blog). I certainly hope that is not the case but it is apparent that this unnecessary gene therapy (it is not a vaccine) has increased  immune stress on the body. The mRNA therapy instructs your own cells to produce spike proteins but the spike protein itself is toxic.  Your body reacts by making specific antigens against that spike but in my book this is Frankenstein science messing with delicate cellular mechanism leaves the process open to the law of unforeseen consequences.  And that is if you trust the scientists and the people behind this.  Which I definitely do not.  Why would I trust people who openly call themselves eugenicists and trans-humanists?  Why?

I hope and I pray that the vaccinated remain O.K.  Even if the worst case scenarios do not emerge their immune system is compromised. It will never be the same.  Think that I am exaggerating?  What do I know…I am just a tin-foil hat conspiracy theorist.  Well perhaps you are ready to listen to Dr David Bauer from the Francis Crick (you know the guy who discovered DNA) Institute?


So, let me summarize for you. Leaving the worst case scenarios to one side you have destroyed your God given natural immunity and made yourselves dependent on pharma who can apparently whip out “boosters” at will with their brand new shiny mRNA platform. I told you in advance yet here we are.  ARE YOU READY TO LISTEN YET?

The first step is- no more boosters. Nothing. Nada.  Whatever happens, happens.  The second step is to maximize your immunity. The media is making people terrified of a virus that has a survival rate of 99.86%.  It is only dangerous if you are elderly and are already sick.  There is absolutely no need for vaccination as there are very good treatments and very good preventative measures out there. This information is being deliberately suppressed.

Firstly, this website informed everyone at least four months ago about the importance of vitamin D.  That was censored from platforms like YouTube as disinformation…..but now that it is becoming overwhelmingly obvious governments are forced to recommend increasing vitamin D levels for the elderly, however, the UK gov is still keeping the levels deliberately too low at 400 units.   Watch this important video:

We also highlighted the importance of increased vitamin C intake and Zn.  Trials that demonstrate the effectiveness of  Hydroxychloroquine have been deliberately sabotaged and the medication has been politicized.   Personally I have stocked up on quercetin and I drink tonic water (which contains quinine). Quercetin acts as a substitute for the Hydroxychloroquine.

There are also steroidal treatments that combat inflammation but as with all these interventions it depends on when they are given – at an early stage at the first sign of symptoms or when someone is  in critical care.  In any case a new treatment is emerging that is proving to be very effective at every stage.


Ivermectin is the active ingredient in medicines that treat human and animal diseases caused by parasites (eg, mites, lice, nematode worms).  They are already slandering and attacking doctors that are advocating for this treatment just like they did with Hydroxychloroquine.
