The Role of the “White Helmets” is interesting.  You know that they are the good guys because they are always in white and look immaculately clean even in a war Zone.  They are accused of organ trafficking and although the source is Russian I tend to believe it especially after what happened to the head of the “White Helmets” when James Le Mesurier a former British officer “fell” to his death from his balcony in Istanbul on (11/11/2019).  Not suspicious at all (lolz).  I mourn the death of this great humanitarian.  It stinks of occult MI6 clean up or perhaps a “white hat” (lolz) counter-op.
